The information we gather

• Quote request data. The quote form collects your name, phone number and «ZIP» code, details about your stairs, plus the time and the page you sent it from.
• Phone call data. The number you called from, when the call happened and how long it lasted, plus a recording if one was made.
• Server log data. For security and visit counting, our host stores your «IP» address, your browser type and the pages you view.
• Answers from the tools. In your own browser (local storage), your latest answers from the fit, cost and comparison tools are saved, so nothing is lost between visits. We never receive them.

No advertising cookies are used, and no third-party tracking scripts run on the site.

How does data reach dealers and service providers?

Stair lift dealers and installers serving your area receive your quote request or call, so they can reach you about a lift. Under contract, providers that host the site and take the phone calls process data for us. Lists of visitors are something we «do not sell».

Your rights

Anyone living in California (CCPA and CPRA) or in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, or another state with its own privacy law can ask us to view, fix, or remove the personal information we keep, and can refuse its sale or sharing for ads. Sending a quote request to a dealer you wanted to hear from counts as a disclosure you asked for. You can still tell us to stop.

To use these rights, call (833) 512-0232 or send the form with "privacy request" in the message box. You can also open Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, our opt-out page. You will get an answer within the time the law allows, and asking will not change how you are treated.

How long your data stays

Quote requests and call records are kept as long as they are needed to connect you with a dealer and to meet legal and accounting duties, then deleted.

Children

This site is for adults, and we never collect information from children under «13» on purpose.
